The Negative Photoconductivity of Ag/AgO Grown by Spray-Pyrolysis

نویسندگان

چکیده

The main goal of this work is to provide a general description the negative photoconductivity effect observed in Ag/AgO films grown by spray-pyrolysis technique. X-ray diffractograms display hybrid with high texturized AgO and metallic Ag phases. Scanning electron microscopy images show small particles on surface. Due its surface nature, photoelectron spectroscopy revealed predominance character 3d spectra as compared Ag2+. Negative photoresponse order seconds under several wavelengths excitation. We found that amplitude strongly dependent optical absorbance enhanced plasmon resonance. low-cost technique employed special features regarding an exciting platform for developing optical-electronic devices low power consumption.

Synthesis of ZnO Nanoparticles by Spray Pyrolysis Method

Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles were synthesized by spray pyrolysis method using an aqueous solution of zinc acetate at various concentrations from 5 to 25 wt%. The decomposition of precursor solutions was carried out at 800, 1000 and 1200ºC under different atomizing pressures. The crystal structure and morphology of synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction ...

Sb2S3 grown by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis and its application in a hybrid solar cell

Chemical spray pyrolysis (CSP) is a fast wet-chemical deposition method in which an aerosol is guided by carrier gas onto a hot substrate where the decomposition of the precursor chemicals occurs. The aerosol is produced using an ultrasonic oscillator in a bath of precursor solution and guided by compressed air. The use of the ultrasonic CSP resulted in the growth of homogeneous and well-adhere...

Nanocomposite mullite/mullite powders by spray pyrolysis

A mullite/mullite nanocomposite powder has been synthesized, composed of nanometer-size 3Al2O3 · 2SiO2 (‘3 : 2’) mullite precipitates within a matrix of the high alumina 2Al2O3 · SiO2 (‘2 : 1’) mullite. Historically, the transition from the metastable high-alumina phase to the thermodynamically stable ‘3 : 2’ phase of mullite has been thought to be a continuous process, involving a continuous s...

Porous MoS2 synthesized by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis.

The hydrodesulfurization (HDS) activity of molybdenum sulfide-based catalysts is localized to the edges of this layered solid and is, therefore, highly dependent on the technique used to prepare the material. Here, ultrasonic spray pyrolysis (USP) was used to synthesize porous, nanostructured MoS2. Low surface area powders, not useful for catalysis, are generally produced by USP. This work show...
